Hours of Operation
The pool will be open on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and close on Labor Day. The regular hours of operation will be subject to change depending on weather conditions. The manager on duty has the discretion to close the pool. The pool will be open limited hours during weekdays when Kenton County Public Schools are in session so please check the bulletin board, phone message or website for updated information.

2009 Managers
Lance Melching will manage Brookwood for the second consecutive year in 2009. Previously, he has served as Assistant Manager (2003-2005), Head Swim Coach (2002-2005), Assistant Swim Coach (2001), Lifeguard (1998-2003), and even Staff Member (1996-1998). He currently teaches English and Fine Arts Appreciation at Boone County High School in Florence, Ky and lives in Independence with his wife, Lindsay, and dogs Riley and Tommy.
Kevin Mayleben will be the Associate Manager in 2009 for the second consecutive year. Mayleben has been involved with Brookwood for almost a decade. He has completed his degree program in Special Education at the University of Cincinnati and will start teaching this fall at River Ridge Middle School.
Katie Kemper and Mark Moore will be Assistant Managers this summer. Kemper is a student at the University of Kentucky and Moore has just graduated from Northern Kentucky University.
