BONDS
If you are interested in purchasing a bond you may do so directly through the club or by purchasing from a member whom is selling theirs. Dues are additional and are to be paid annually in order to remain in good standing.

Members are permitted to sell their bond, as long as it is in good standing. The club has no involvement with the private sale of bonds, including setting prices, or prorating dues that have already been paid.
​
Once the transaction is complete the purchaser should fill out the bond transfer form linked below and submit it with their dues payment.
​
It is Brookwood's policy to issue a new bond in the purchaser's name.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS

Junior membership must be tied to a current bondholder in good standing

Minor may only enter with the responsible bondholder with no limit on visits​

A waiver signed by the minor's guardian as well as the bondholder is required

Membership is $200 per season

PAYMENTS

Membership dues are to be paid annually by close of business Memorial Day in order to remain in good standing

Dues paid between 5/26/26 and 6/14/26 will incur a $25 late fee and loss of facility usage until paid

Dues paid between 6/15/26 and 7/14/26 will incur a $50 late fee and loss of facility usage until paid

A members bond will become null and void if not paid in full by close of business 7/14/26

Members on an automatic monthly payment plan will not be charged a late fee​
