Brookwood hires individuals ages 14 and up to work at the front desk and individuals ages 15 and up to work as lifeguards. Individuals can apply by downloading the application via the link below and mailing the completed application to P.O. Box 17682, Edgewood, KY 41017, or emailing a copy to Brookwood.Swimclub@gmail.com by April 24, 2026.
If you have already worked at Brookwood and would like to return, please follow the same instructions as a new applicant. Individuals in the applicant pool will be interviewed, hired and trained before the pool opens Memorial Day weekend.​​

All employees of Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club are required to provide the following employment documents:

Personal Identification*: U.S. Passport OR State Issued Driver's License/School ID w/ photograph AND Social Security Card/Birth Certificate

Life Guards Only*: Current Life Guard Certification and CPR Certification
*These documents will be photocopied and the copies will be kept on file with the swim club. The originals will be returned immediately. Employees cannot begin work until the required paperwork is on file. W-4 and I-9 forms will be provided at the pre-season staff meeting or they can be accessed via the above links and turned in to the manager.
